Echoes from Mojave captures the tension, exhilaration, and heroism of the historic flight of the Bell X-1 as it breaks the sound barrier for the first time. This work was commissioned in 2022 through the generous support of Dr. Leo Sakomoto, Director of Instrumental Music at California State University, Bakersfield.
